Yorkon now offers an even wider range of cladding options, giving designers the opportunity to achieve further architectural variety for the building envelope. As well as greater design freedom, you gain all the speed and quality of off-site construction. Architects have the flexibility to add interest to the external facade and make a visual statement, or to address planning requirements and complement surrounding architecture.

Roof options
The Yorkon modular system offers you a variety of roof configurations. These include:

Internally, multi-storey spaces are possible and floor to soffit heights of 2.6m, 2.8m or 3.2m can be specified. Other architectural features can include a variety of fascias and canopies and the use of sun pipes to increase the levels of natural light inside a building. Specifiers also have the option of passive ventilation systems to maintain a high quality environment whilst minimising energy consumption.
