Project Managers

Experienced construction professionals who are capable of taking a leading role in the delivery of projects in a range of market sectors. Candidates should have good technical, contractual and commercial experience and be capable of preparing bids for work, developing the design with the client and our project team and delivering the project on time and on budget without defects at handover.

Assistant Project Managers

Less experienced construction professionals who are keen to learn the skills of project delivery in a range of market sectors. Candidates should have a good technical education and some practical experience and be capable of learning the skills necessary to prepare bids for work, develop the design with the client and our project team and help deliver projects on time and on budget without defects at handover.

Civil/Structural Engineers

College or university educated engineers who are capable of joining our project teams and providing engineering design and advise on civil engineering, structural and building performance issues. The role involves developing the modular system and its interface with the site and the equipment within the building to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and statutory legislation.

Sub-Contract Buyers

Construction procurement professionals who have experience in procuring a wide range of specialist sub-contract work packages including groundworks, external claddings, glazing, lifts, building services and internal finishes for our high quality building projects.

Estimators

Experienced construction estimators from all disciplines who will join our teams bidding for work. Working closely with our designers and sales teams you will be closely involved in the preparation of commercial bids to win work for a wide range of projects.

Production Planners

When Yorkon wins a contract we need building specialists who can understand the detail of the building we have sold and can define the work necessary to our manufacturing division. Experience with CAD and SAP would be highly desirable for these posts.

Architectural Designers

Experienced and aspiring CAD designers are required at all stages in the construction process from initial design sketches to as built drawings. Yorkon designers work with the latest AutoCAD 3D software and are given the opportunity to work closely with our project teams and clients from initial concepts to detailed design.
