Offering you a wider choice of roof options

The Yorkon modular system offers you a variety of roof configurations. These include:

• monopitch
• standard roof
• barrel vaulted
• pitched
• glazed atria between two modular buildings.

Internally, multi-storey spaces are possible and floor to soffit heights of 2.6m, 2.8m or 3.2m can be specified. Other architectural features can include a variety of fascias and canopies and the use of sun pipes to increase the levels of natural light inside a building.

Specifiers also have the option of passive ventilation systems to maintain a high quality environment whilst minimising energy consumption.
