When you need flexible layouts, the Yorkon building system can be used to create everything from single storey accommodation to buildings up to six-storeys high. You also have the freedom to create clear unrestricted internal spans of up to 12m.

Module configurations and layouts can be designed to suit individual sites and specific project requirements. Steel-framed modules up to 15m in length and 3.3m wide offer you the lowest cost per square metre through greater efficiency, fewer vehicle movements to site, less cranage and fewer joints.

Building widths of up to 60 metres with no limits on length

The Yorkon building system allows you to build up to four spans wide - offering you buildings with genorous widths of up to 60 metres and unlimited length.
